- Work in Landstar TMS for dispatching and order execution.
- Ensure that safety and operating procedures are well understood, communicated and followed.
- Have a professional phone etiquette and be very proficient in email communication via Outlook.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years transportation experience.
- Experience in the modes of Truckload, Flatbed, Step-Deck, Specialized.
- Experience in hazardous materials management.
- Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills.
- Must be flexible with hours and work times.
- Problem Solving and interaction with customers daily to provide proper equipment, proper billing, negotiating, tracing and on-time freight transportation.
- Implement effective and timely resolutions with internal and external customers to accomplish daily goals.
- Results driven with exceptional practical judgement, orientation to detail, conflict resolution skills with integrity all while being part of an exceptional operations team.
